Latest Travel Advisory for Indian Nationals to enter Georgia

As informed by MFA, the following are the new rules for Indian nationals to enter Georgia:

1. Any person coming from the Republic of India (regardless of citizenship and full course of vaccination) is subject to a negative result of the PCR test conducted in the last 72 hours before the visit to Georgia at the border and subsequent mandatory 14-day quarantine at his own expense. Students from the Republic of India may travel to Georgia only by charter flights.

2. Upon entering Georgia, a full proof of any type of covid vaccine will be presented at the border, and foreign students from the Republic of India (regardless of citizenship and full course of vaccination) will additionally submit a negative PCR test in the last 72 hours before visiting Georgia and will be subject to 14 days mandatory quarantine.

3. The Georgian Tourism Administration will provide one-time financing of the mandatory 14-day quarantine expenses for persons coming from the Republic of India on April 14, 2021.
