Advisory to Georgian Tourists seeking Tourist Visa to visit India

The Embassy of India, as a special gesture, has decided to waive the mandatory capture of biometric data from Georgian nationals intending to apply for tourist visa to visit India on tourism. It means that they do not any more visit the Embassy of India in Yerevan in person for giving biometric data. Such Georgian tourist [s] may henceforth like to send their applications, duly filled in and with all supporting documents, through some courier/ authorized representative etc. This special gesture is, however, applicable to tourist visa applicants till further information. The rest of the visas would continue to be issued as per the existing practice
