World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly (WTSA) 2024.

           

India is going to host World Telecommunication Standardization Assesmbly (WTSA)  (being hosted in Asian continent for the first time) which is scheduled from 15-24 October 2024. The WTSA will be preceded by the Global Standards Symposium (GSS) scheduled on 14 October 2024 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. High level dignitaries from more than 190 countries are expected to attend the event.

2.         Through this event, participants will be acquainted with India’s technological advancements through exhibitions and demonstrations. This event aims to significantly enhance the standardization ecosystem in India across critical telecom and ICT areas such as 5G, 6G, satellite communications, AI IoT, quantum technologies, and cloud computing.
