On 3 April 2025, Amb. Nilakshi S. Sinha participated in celebrations organized by the Institute of Oriental Studies, National Academy of Sciences marking the 230th anniversary of publication of first Armenian newspaper in the world "Azdarar" in Madras in 1794.
